Novem BARBELL is right for you if you are looking for:

Group class that has a linear focus on the power or olympic lifts.

Our Barbell Technique class is designed to fine-tune your lifts. All levels are welcome, including beginners who want to get comfortable with the barbell. In this small class, you will receive individualized coaching and support. Programming is available for both Olympic Lifting (Snatch, Clean & Jerk) and Power Lifting (Squat, Deadlift & Bench Press). This class is available to Novem FIT Members.

Beginners are welcome!

Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays + Thursdays at 5:20pm

Our Barbell classes are guided, with a coach. Weightlifting can be performed during Open Gym hours as well.
