Novem BOOTCAMP is right for you if you are looking for:
Group exercise classes that combine bodyweight movements, dumbbells, kettlebells & cardio.
Novem Bootcamp emphasizes cardiovascular health and endurance through fast paced workouts utilizing bodyweight movements, running, kettlebells, and dumbbells. We move through a series of challenging but fun interval and circuit workouts to increase muscle tone, improve health, and increase balance. Bootcamp workouts not only will get your heart heart rate up but will leave you energized. This is a HITT style programming, no prior experience required!

The schedule above is a dedicated hour to BootCamp classes – Hybrid hours are in conjunction with FIT classes. Hybrid is available to all our BootCamp members.
Note: There is no BootCamp Fridays at 5:20pm.
Novem Bootcamp membership includes access to Bootcamp and Hybrid* classes only.
*Hybrid Bootcamp class with Novem FIT members. Workouts will vary but class style is the same.
All memberships also include one free weekly drop in to Monarch Yoga's slow flow class.
