What’s the difference between FIT vs. BootCamp?

Our FIT program is designed around strength and conditioning around barbells, body weight movements and more advanced gymnastics. Prior experience required. All fitness levels are welcome.

How we define our BootCamp program is, light weight via dumbbells, kettlebells or medicine balls, body weight and limited gymnastic movements. All fitness levels are welcome.

What are the FIT/Hybrid classes?

When registering for your class you may see “FIT/Hybrid” as an option. Hybrid is exactly that it’s a mix of BootCamp and FIT during a regular scheduled FIT class. This option allows our BootCamp members to have more class options during the day if they can not attend the designated BootCamp Class time slots.
