We’ve curated a healthy, vibrant community at CrossFit Novem that’s about way more than burpees and box jumps. Our programs are as varied as our members—we offer classes in CrossFit, Bootcamp, and the olympic lifting Barbell Club. Our coaches have certification from CrossFit HQ and other fitness disciplines.

Our style of fitness brings together a community of unique groups of people in pursuit of a common interest – lifelong fitness and well-being. Size, athletic ability and age are not important to us. It is our goal to show anyone who walks through our doors that fitness is not only important for their own well-being, but also to the people they care about. Anyone can do this! Is it for everyone? It can be; the workouts are universally scalable. We focus on Strength, Gymnastics and Conditioning in each of our classes. We do not shy away from the barbell, we do however focus on technique over strength! Technique equals safe and efficient movement. Novem Bootcamp emphasizes cardiovascular health and endurance through fast paced workouts utilizing bodyweight movements, running, kettlebells, and dumbbells. We move through a series of challenging but fun interval and circuit workouts to increase muscle tone, improve health, and increase balance. Bootcamp workouts not only will get your heart heart rate up but will leave you energized. This is a HITT style programming, no prior experience required!


Novem yoga is coached by Rachel Redden. She brings an amazing experience for your active recovery every Sunday at 11:30AM - 12:30PM Classes are up for registration on MINDBODY. Virtual Classes are available during this scheduled time.

Novem Kids pairs fitness with fun! We safely deliver movement education while combining aspects of gymnastics, weight lifting, functional body weight movement, and endurance training. This is a supportive environment and we encourage all the fun! Class activities will always be adapted for every age and the different skill levels of our members.

If you’re a former member of another gym like ours, we require a full assessment of health and movement with a coach to get you up to speed. This service is $25 for 30:00 minutes. You’ll get an overview of our movement standards, proper scaling for your body, and the chance to discuss any concerns you may have transferring over to Novem. If you’ve been out of the game for over six months or more, we may request that you register for 3 personal training sessions to get you up to speed.


Do you need motivation and commitment from your own personal coach? We’d like nothing more than to help you achieve your fitness goals. You can choose from our roster of coaches or we can make the match for you.
