WHO: Parents and Babies 3m-18m

Our Baby & Me program at NovemFit is a welcoming space for parents and their little ones ages 3–18 months to connect, move, and grow together. Designed to support postpartum recovery and bonding, this class is safe for birthing parents who have been cleared for physical activity, as well as non-birthing partners. Through gentle, functional movement and guided workouts, you’ll build strength, improve mobility, and boost energy — all while keeping your baby close. It’s also a great opportunity to meet other parents, share the journey, and create community in a supportive, low-pressure environment. Come as you are, move at your own pace, and enjoy quality time with your baby in a fun and encouraging setting.

$150 for 6 weeks

KID FIT

WHO: 5-8 year olds
WHEN: Saturdays, 10:10-10:55am

Our specially designed classes introduce young athletes to the foundations of movement in a high-energy, supportive environment. Through games, skill-building activities, and age-appropriate workouts, kids develop strength, coordination, and confidence while learning to love being active. Every session is led by experienced coaches who create a positive and inclusive space where kids can thrive, make friends, and build healthy habits that last a lifetime. Let’s get them moving, laughing, and growing strong — one jump, squat, and sprint at a time!

$180 for 6 weeks

YOUTH STRENGTH PROGRAM 

WHO: 9-15 year olds
WHEN: Sundays, 10:10-11:10am

For kids ages 9–15, our Youth Strength Program is built to challenge and inspire. This age group is ready to take on more structured training, so we focus on teaching the fundamentals of strength, movement mechanics, and physical literacy in a way that’s engaging, safe, and age-appropriate. Using bodyweight exercises, light resistance, and skill-based drills, athletes begin to develop real strength, coordination, and confidence. Every session is coach-led and designed to build discipline, resilience, and a positive mindset — all while having fun and working as a team. Whether they’re new to fitness or already active, this program helps them develop a lifelong appreciation for movement, discipline, and resilience — all in a supportive team atmosphere.
