Lydia Anderson
ASSISTANT COACH
Lydia grew up in Virginia where she played a variety of sports from a young age. In high school, she focused most of her athletic energy on soccer and field hockey where she learned the importance of bringing discipline and focused intensity to any workout. At 16, Lydia was introduced to the world of “functional fitness” and Olympic weightlifting and immediately fell in love.
Lydia moved to Philly in 2016 as a Temple student and later found that the Novem community would be the perfect fit for her to continue her fitness journey. She feels most comfortable with a barbell in her hands, but can be talked into doing almost any workout (that doesn’t include running).
Lydia has competed in several meets and competitions, and hopes to make an appearance at University Nationals in the future.
