Power + Olympic Style Lifting
Novem WEIGHTLIFTING is right for you if you are looking for:
Group class that has a linear focus on the power or olympic lifts.
Novem Weightlifting is a class dedicated to technique development and strength training around the classic barbell lifts. Whether you’re new to these lifts or have been a long time competitor in weightlifting, this class is for you! Technique equals safe and efficient movement. Let us coach you on how to move better or get you ready to compete in the sport of weightlifting!
Prior barbell experience is required.
Mondays, Tuesdays + Thursdays at 5:20pm
Wednesdays at 6:30pm
Our Weightlifting classes are guided, with a coach. Weightlifting can be performed during Open Gym hours as well.
Options below are for Novem FIT memberships. All FIT memberships include access to all Novem FIT, Novem Bootcamp, Novem Weightlifting Classes and Open Gym.
